Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon individually for each engagement and documented in a separate service agreement or proposal.

All content on the NAMODOT website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and design — is the intellectual property of NAMODOT IT Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
• Intellectual property rights for client projects will be governed by the individual service agreement.
• Unless explicitly transferred in writing, NAMODOT retains ownership of all proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used during service delivery.

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services or infrastructure
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data
• Not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws

• Payment terms, amounts, and schedules will be specified in the project proposal or service agreement.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other authorized digital payment methods.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other trusted payment gateways.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.
• Late payments may attract additional charges as specified in the service agreement.
• GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per Government of India regulations.

• Estimated timelines are provided in project proposals and may vary based on scope changes, client feedback delays, or unforeseen complexities.
• NAMODOT will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines but is not liable for delays caused by the client or third parties.
• A project is considered delivered when the agreed-upon deliverables are submitted or deployed as specified.
• Client review and feedback periods will be defined in the project agreement.

• NAMODOT offers free and paid virtual internship programs in various IT domains.
• Internship offers are subject to selection criteria and availability.
• Completion certificates are issued upon satisfactory completion of the internship program, including all assigned tasks and projects.
• NAMODOT reserves the right to terminate an internship if the intern violates the code of conduct or fails to meet expectations.
• Internships do not guarantee employment with NAMODOT or its partners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• NAMODOT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from the use of our services.

Our services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NAMODOT makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
• Accuracy or completeness of content on our website
• Security from unauthorized access or cyber threats

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NAMODOT IT Solutions, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Infringement of any third-party rights
• Any content or data you provide to us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if:

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

NAMODOT shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, cyberattacks, internet outages, or acts of war.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu, India.

NAMODOT reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
